Meet Emily.

Emily Lalone Ianuario is the founder and principal of Lalone Marketing & Events, a Boston-area consultancy known for turning strategy into results. Over the past 13+ years, she’s built a reputation for helping organizations and brands clarify their message, elevate their presence, and execute with precision.

Clients describe Emily as both creative and operationally fearless—a rare mix that allows her to move ideas from brainstorm to flawless delivery. Whether managing a national medical conference, launching a hospitality brand, or leading a rebrand from concept to launch, she brings structure, intuition, and a contagious sense of calm to every project.

Before launching LME, Emily spent years honing her craft at Rafanelli Events, O’Neill and Associates, and Tufts Medical Center. Those experiences shaped her perspective on what exceptional marketing and event execution should look like: detail-driven, people-focused, and grounded in purpose.

A Boston College graduate, Emily lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband, two boys, and their mini Australian Shepherd. When she’s not leading client projects, she’s likely outdoors—chasing a kindergartener, hiking a 4,000-footer, or simply unplugging to reset for the next big idea.
